Despite some hiccups at check-in, had a decent stay with clean rooms and helpful staff. Enjoyed the coffee amenities and comfy beds. Even though the $200 per night deposit seemed excessive, the overall experience 

We enjoyed this place and would stay here again. the staff was very helpful and efficient, catering to our every need. Having sushi and appetizers in the sushi bar was lovely.

We ate in the convenient restaurant for dinner which was reasonably priced. Comfortable and absolutely perfect location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed. Stopped by Royal Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's a short 

Comfortable beds, amazing pillows. Expensive but good food. Convenient airport shuttle. Self-park not overly pricey. Enjoyed watching planes land.

High security deposit. No complaints about cleanliness.

Room sizes are great, around 95% of them are in good shape! 🌟

we loved the quality of the linens and comfort of the bedding at Sonesta. managers were very receptive in maintaining high quality standards. public transportation was easily accessible. enjoyed visiting local eateries and stores, especially 

The staff here are so friendly and there's always someone new at the front desk ready to greet you with a smile 😊. It's right in the middle of everything, so getting to the terminal is a piece of cake. 

The location was comfortable and perfect, in a good area, in the downtown area. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

The hotel is a modern high-rise building with well-maintained, quiet rooms at a great price for LA. I enjoyed the peacefulness of the room, as it was so quiet you couldn't hear anything from outside, making it perfect to relax and take some time to unwind after a long 

Fabulous base for discovering Los Angeles. Decent staff.- Nice variety of scrambled eggs and yogurt for breakfast.- Central location for getting an Uber or taxi.- Savory and large breakfast.

The location was unbeatable, to far away from all attractions, convenient to go everywhere. My room was new-fashioned and functional with single king size bed and buffet breakfast, for example.

It had pretty bad views.

The room we stayed in was really clean, had a comfy bed, and a nice view 👌. It's in a great spot close to museums, other touristy spots, eateries, and even a cheap liquor store nearby for drinks.

We greatly enjoyed awesome breakfasts and exceptional views!

Accommodation was fairly large and special, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel was placed in the central location quite close to the airport. The main bar was great and the drinks were cold.  

The hotel was exceptional and spotlessly clean, its location was handy in front of airport, good service. The deluxe room was neat and brand-new, with a fridge, coffee/tea making equipment and a work desk.
